20th Birthday

On behalf of all the volunteers at WCR I would like to thank everyone who has contacted WCR over the last few days offering congratulations on our anniversary.  We held a reception for volunteers on Friday.  The event was also attended by Dr Andrew Murrison MP and Quentin Howard, Director of Television and Technology for the British Forces Broadcasting Service.  Local councillors including the Mayor of Warminster, Cllr Sue Fraser, were also present.

Today (Saturday) we celebrated with a public open day at Civic Centre Studios.  More than one hundred supporters of the station attended and it was fantastic to meet you all.  We've shared many happy memories from the last twenty years and now begin looking forward to the next twenty.

Over the coming few days we will be posting photographs of both events.
